1. Learn together respectfully
- Discuss ideas and work, not a person’s worth or identity.
- Give constructive feedback and allow people to ask basic questions or make mistakes.
- Do not harass, threaten, bully, shame, stalk or deliberately provoke another person.
- Do not publish hate speech or discriminate on the basis of origin, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age or another protected characteristic.
2. Protect privacy and safety
- Do not publish addresses, passwords, identity documents, medical information, private conversations or other sensitive data about yourself or another person.
- Use only a suitable public forum name. Your real name and private profile information are not needed in a public post.
- Never attempt to move contact with a minor outside appropriate adult supervision or request sexual, exploitative or otherwise unsafe content.
- Do not impersonate another person, organisation, teacher, assessor or HZE Ltd. representative.
3. Keep public and private content separate
Forum topics, answers and explicitly attached forum files are public and may be found by search engines. A private assignment may be used as context in your own account, but its title and private content are not automatically published.
Before posting, remove names, contact details, faces, document numbers and any other information that should not become public.
4. Honest learning and AI use
- Present your own work honestly and acknowledge sources, collaboration and AI assistance where relevant.
- Do not sell, solicit or distribute answer dumps, stolen assessment material or fabricated evidence.
- Do not claim that an AI response, time record, badge or uploaded file is independent proof of mastery.
- Help others understand a method instead of only supplying an unexplained final answer.
5. Lawful and relevant content
- Do not post unlawful content, malware, scams, spam, unauthorised advertising or instructions primarily intended to harm people or systems.
- Respect copyright, confidentiality and other people’s rights. Quote or share only what you are allowed to use.
- Keep posts reasonably relevant to learning, the platform or the discussion in which you participate.
6. Messaging and helpdesk
Private messages and the helpdesk are not public, but the same rules on respect, legality and safety apply. Do not use them for emergencies or send passwords, full identity documents or highly sensitive medical information.
Helpdesk content may be shared with the private Telegram support group when that connection is enabled, as explained in the privacy policy.
7. Moderation
Moderators may hide or remove content, lock a discussion, issue a warning, restrict functions or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these guidelines, protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.
We consider context, seriousness, repetition and immediate risk. Urgent safety measures may be taken before we contact the account holder.
8. Reporting and disagreement
Report harmful or unlawful content through the available support channel and include the public link or enough context to identify it. Do not retaliate or start a public campaign against the person involved.
If you disagree with a moderation decision, contact us with the relevant details. We will review the decision where practical, but may limit the information shared to protect privacy or an investigation.
9. Emergencies
Your Learning Path is not an emergency, crisis or safeguarding service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or a trusted responsible adult.
10. Updates
We may update these guidelines as the community and safety functions develop. The date at the top identifies the current version.
